The company headquarter is located in Qianjiang City in Hubei Province, a Chinese Star‐City in beautiful & rich Jianghan Plain. Leads to Wuhan airport eastward, Yangtze River southward, Han River northward, and adjacent to Shanghai ‐Chongqing highway, it has a convenient traffic. Meanwhile Qianjiang is one of the main production base for cotton and rice, and a beautiful water town, it is also a resourceful city.
With more than 800 staffs, various loom, folding machine, sewing machine, sterile package equipment and bandages machine of l, 000 sets, ETO and Steam sterilizer and pure oxygen roll‐type‐bleaching lines. Our Surgical dressing/Medical supplies production capacity is more than 800 X 40' FCL.
Our main products include: Absorbent cotton gauze roll, gauze swabs (sponges, pads, compresses of gauze), non-woven sponges(swabs, pads), cotton filled sponges(dental pads), gauze ball (torunda of gauze), gauze bandage, elastic bandage, lap sponges(laparotomy sponges, abdominal pads), drain sponges, post-op sponges, non-woven face mask, caps, shoecover, surgical gown, gloves.
The production environment is strictly according to GMP standards with cleaning room of Class 100, 000, also we have the reasonable production overall arrangement and advanced production facilities.
In 1998, we got the certificate of ISO9002 & EN46002 from TUV Product Service GmbH, Germany, a well‐ known Notify Body in the world. In 2004, we received the certificate of IS013485 & EC 93/42EEC. In 2005 we passed the audit of IS013485, a professional requirement for medical devices. In 2009 we passed the audit of EN IS0 11135‐1 for ETO sterilization. In 2017 we got the certificate of EN IS0 17665‐1 for steam sterilization. Meanwhile, we also passed the FDA factory audit. We can assure you the higher and more stable quality by our strict QA/QC systems.
Meanwhile we have own Bioburden/Sterility testing facility and measures, in which can make all the related testing and control.
